P.A. 101-0254 Reference: 105 ILCS 5/27-3.10 new; effective July 1, 2020. Amends the School Code. Provides that every public elementary school shall include in its sixth-, seventh-, or eighth-grade curriculum, beginning with the 2019-20 school year, at least one semester of civics education.
